When you have the things in life that seem to be what you have always wanted, you realize that they are not really all that important, and that they are not worth anything if your life is still empty. |

When one doesn't always find an answer, the last resort is to look to God for it. From the starting point you see how the problems in your life begin to be solved and how God improves your life, and you can make some progress. In this case it was a problem in my family, and from there one of my brothers came to know God. That was the starting point of my knowledge of God and it has grown until now.
It was just at the beginning of getting to know God that my brother, age 30, died and then my father died. Those were two blows. We were quite a united family and it was a tough blow. The death of my brother was especially hard on my parents. Through that time in my life, I experienced God's gracious care for me and especially for my sister and mother.
I realized that all you can get in life is not really worth anything if you are not happy - if your heart is not filled with God. Through my difficult moments God has always been with me.
