You've got to find a way to put joy in your life. You have to be able to enjoy what you do. And that's a part of it ... enjoying what you do. But you have to go home at night and you can't go home ill and mad and disgusted. You have to go home and you know you gotta wife and kids and a dog and you have to be glad to see em. You must make a conscious effort to put joy in your life and make your family a part of what you're doing and bring your wife into it. That's the biggest thing that I've learned through the Lord, is I have a great partner in Stevie Waltrip. She believes in me. She loves me. And I look at her a lot the same way I look at the Lord. I know that the Lord cares about me. He loves me and He forgives me and I can go to Him anytime I need to and He'll strengthen me and I feel the same way about my wife. When I'm down and out, there's only two people I can go to... my wife and the Lord and they both still believe in me no matter what happens.
