| My family comes to a lot of the races with me and it just enables you to carry on your family life. If I had a choice of doing something different, I don't know if I'd do it. But I really like Winston Cup racing. And I really like the people that are involved in it.
There are lot more defeats than there are wins. I mean Jeff Gordon predominantly wins a lot of races, but he doesn't win more than he loses, so that's just something that with life you know it's something you have to face.

When you're going out and risking your life every day in a race car, obviously you feel like you need to be in the right position with Christ. If you're not, then you need to be. And you know I wouldn't know what it would be like to be a race car driver and risk my life everyday and especially go through some different accidents and knowing that maybe you're not riding with Christ. And I feel confident that I'm in the right position and feel confident that I live the Christ-like life.
You have to feel like you're living the Christ-like life, because if you're not, someday this world isn't going to exist. We're all put on this earth to live the Christ-like way, and if something does happen, obviously an accident like I've had, and you're not right with Christ, who knows whether you're going to recover or not.
