| After a loss it is easy to be upset. You think of ways that you could have made the outcome different. But in the end, if you know your prepared, worked hard, tried hard and did your best, that's all that matters. You are not going to win all the time so you learn from the experience. You learn how you can get better. You take the positives from the game and move on to the next challenge.
I think that leading by example is very important. Not only do our children watch what we do and say, but if we are successful maybe other players will watch what we do and say as well. I try to lead on the ice with a lot of tenacity and passion.
My relationship and my family's relationship with God is our central focus. We have to make HIM our number one priority. It is the Word to live by.
In our busy lives we have many demands on our time. But if you make God the center of your focus and make sure that you are doing the right things, everything else will fall into place. And doing the right things are more than just putting food on the table and money in your pocket. Making God the center of your being is what brings true happiness.
