The main thing for me is my work ethic. And within my work ethic I try to eliminate as many outside things as I can like I getting my curfew together. I sleep right. I try to eat right. I just try to stay very focused when football season's in. I play football. I figure when football season is over, I have time for everything else.

I believe that most of the gray areas and most of the differences in winning and losing is consistency. You must consistently go out there and perform day to day and play with a great attitude and give their all, 100 percent on every play. I believe that's the difference between winning and losing because everyone's just about equally talented. It just comes down to who's going to be as talented as they can be, the longest.

In life I balance everything with God. It's almost like God is my balance. Nothing gets me too high, nothing gets me too low. I'm a very balanced person because when things happen I depend on God to get me through them. And when things go great, I thank God for making things go great for me. It helps you keep a level head. And with my relationship with God, there's no room for being down and there's no room for having a big head.

Without God, I doubt if I would be playing football. I very much doubt if I would even be alive. So my faith in Christ is how my life has been saved. I know that' s how I made it to where I am. I know that's what gives me the inspiration, that's what gives me the courage to do the things that I do. So, to me it is the ingredient and is the most important thing to me in my life.
