Well being focused is something that I've kind of learned over the years. Actually it's a combination of something I've learned and a part of my personality. Over the years, I've just learned to deal with those high-pressure situations.

You just try to kick. I try to approach every kick the same whether it's the first quarter, last quarter, a game winning, non-game winning, and sometimes I'm not always able to do that as well as others. That's really my focus. I go out there and say that, 'you know I did this all week in practice. I did it in pregame. I did it in the first quarter, I'm going to do the same thing now and I'm going to get the same results.

I'm a new Christian, and my relationship with God is important. Getting my family involved in those kinds of things has been very exciting for me, and that's been a focus. Sometimes football gets in the way, and its kind of hard to keep focused in that respect, but we've been trying.

I'm real excited to see what my kids have done in their relationship with God, and their praying and just in their daily life. To hear them talking about Jesus and God is very exciting for me.

Well I'd heard people that the best life instruction manual was the Bible, and I didn't know what they were really talking about until I started to get involved in it. I thought something written that long ago could not have any pertinence today, but I found out that I'm totally wrong. Every aspect of life is talked about in the Bible and it shows how to deal with it.

I would tell fathers to bring their sons up in the word and show those in your life your daily walk. If you do that, your son will follow those values.
