| A year ago, my foundation was not Christ. It was not God. My foundation was basketball. I was in a situation where if basketball were taken away from me, I would have felt as if I had no value.
Now that I have a relationship with Christ and made Him my foundation and my rock, it doesn't matter what was taken, because I'm not shaken.
I can tell you that on a day-to-day basis I had fear, doubt and worry in my heart. Now that I am born again, it was like those things dissipated. If you're not right spiritually and mentally, it's hard to do anything physically. That's the order it has to be in. My faith was the foundation for it all.
I had set goals for myself, but God gave me so much more. If I continue to be plugged in to the Source, I can sill keep a positive and stable mental state.
