My personal goal is just to have a good year and do whatever I can to help the pitching staff be the number one staff in the league.

You just kind of get in a grind. You just go and you do your job and you stay focused through your drills. I mean that's the only way your batting practice, and your catching drills help and it prepares you for each game and you get ready.

Fortunately for baseball players we don't have to wait a week or a couple of days to play. We play every day and you've been through it so many times that you understand your are going to lose ball games. Even though we don't like to lose ball games, you're going to lose ball games and you learn how to lose and I think everyone knows how to win, but you really learn how to lose when you go through a long season.
