• To be the best, you must work on every phase of your sport and life with the correct priorites and methods.
• Work hard on strategies, techniques, smart training, proper conditioning - both mental and physical.
• Know the rules of your sport.
• Learn how to win. Know that only you yourself and your opponents beat you - not referee,s nor coaches, nor parents.
